Tupu Angitu is the commercial arm of Lake Taupō Forest Trust (Ahu Whenua) and is responsible for managing the Group's asset through direct investments and various subsidiaries across the Group structure. For the purposes of this baseline audit, we have included NZ Forest Managers (NZFM) and Lake Taupō Forest Managers (LTFM) both limited partnerships jointly owned with Lake Rotoaira Forest Managers (LRFM) and The Weighbridge Company. We have excluded Te Kiri o Moehau, a Limited Partnership jointly owned with Netcor No.2 Ltd, which was acquired in 2024 and therefore not within the scope of this audit.
